§ 32.03. PETITIONS; INVESTIGATIONS BY THE VILLAGE CLERK.

- All petitions for public improvements shall be investigated by the Village Clerk to determine whether a sufficient number of valid signatures have been obtained and, if the investigation discloses a deficiency, the petition shall be returned to the circulator with notice of that fact.(Ord. 32, passed 4-14-1986)
