(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) A person who violates any provision of §§ 93.01et seq. is responsible for a municipal civil infraction set forth in Chapter 131 of this code, subject to payment of a civil fine as specified in the Village's Municipal Civil Infraction Ordinance, plus costs and other sanctions for each infraction. Repeat offenses shall be subject to increased fines.
